Sinch mobile app

I bridged a critical product gap for the Sinch Engage (MessageMedia) product: a mobile application for existing customers who have an on-the-go use case.

Today the app serves about 2,000 B2B regular users and has 4.5+ stars rating.

I own product strategy for Sinch’s App Store and Google Play mobile applications. I am now scaling the platform to additional Sinch white labels — including SimpleTexting, SMS Broadcast, and others in the portfolio.

SoftSpot

Led delivery for a service that lets pet owners book in-home visits with mobile veterinarians or schedule online consultations. Scope included a new iOS app and a platform for managing and supporting bookings, with integrations to the Qbench API for medication stock management.

Over about nine months, I coordinated delivery from zero through TestFlight publication and client handover: requirements, engineering, quality assurance, release, and final stakeholder sign-off.

UI/UX design studies

While working in product, I studied interface and experience design at Uprock because I believe good UI/UX is one of the strongest contributors to product value. I also wanted to help my team move faster — building high-level prototypes for early idea validation — which is why I focused on mobile UI/UX.

Below is a design project I completed under the school’s mentorship. I built it from scratch — every screen and interaction — and ran initial testing. The goal was to get solid with the craft; I’ve since put that skill to work in my day-to-day product role.
